Our Story
Solve Pacific is a boutique consultancy firm led by its Managing Director, Marilyn Vilisoni. With over a decade of expertise, Marilyn specialises in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL); project and strategic management; Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI); and market systems development (MSD) within private sector development (PSD). Her experience spans across diverse sectors, including business development services, outsourcing, tourism, and agriculture in Fiji and the broader Pacific region.
Marilyn’s core competencies include project and strategic management, MEL, Women’s Economic Empowerment, technical writing, MSD, PSD, and business process outsourcing services. Building on her background in the private sector and her academic achievements, including a Master’s degree in Marine Science, Marilyn also brings valuable expertise in aquaculture. She has conducted environmental impact assessments and contributed to research initiatives, further enriching Solve Pacific’s multidisciplinary approach.
